After a painful discovery that an art degree wasn’t going to pay the rent, Deb Wild invested a lot of energy trying to encourage innovation at work. This life-long exploration led her to the fields of instructional design, management and leadership training, team facilitation, and coaching. Deb designs and delivers “hands on” learning experiences for the corporate, nonprofit, government, education, and international sectors.

Deb’s clients include the Peace Corps, FDIC, Northwest Area Foundation, Youth Service America, Battelle, Fidelity Investments, Monster.com, several software and pharmaceutical companies, as well as organization development consulting firms.

Deb encourages adults to:

  • inspire themselves and each other;
  • take risks; and,
  • appreciate that mistakes are helpful when people endeavor to learn from them.

Deb has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Instructional Design Master of Arts in Education (M.Ed) from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
