After a painful discovery that an art degree wasn’t going to pay the rent, Deb Wild invested a lot of energy trying to encourage innovation at work. This life-long exploration led her to the fields of instructional design, management and leadership training, team facilitation, and coaching. Deb designs and delivers “hands on” learning experiences for the corporate, nonprofit, government, education, and international sectors.
